We aim to provide a holistic approach incorporating a greater focus on preventing the development of abusive behaviour in perpetrators and enabling perpetrators who are already perpetrating harm to change their behaviour. 

We will do this by offering a change programme and supporting perpetrators on a 1:1 basis, support will include help to access mental health services, housing, substance misuse services amongst others. Details of the programmes can be found under Change Programmes under Services. 

The programme is supported by the local authority.
